With more than 20 years of experience in the restaurant business in the United States and throughout Europe, I entered the business because of my passion for food and my lifelong background in the industry. I’m still in the business for the same reasons, constantly reinventing myself along the way—and always exploring something new!

It is the connection that occurs between chef’s creation and the customer’s palate that keeps my love for cooking alive. Because of this, I absolutely love giving cooking lessons to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Besides cooking, I’m also passionate about cycling, reading and writing. (In fact, I’m really excited about publishing my first book!)
